Full Service Partnership

An intensive, family-driven mental health program providing individualized support and coordinated care for children and youth with significant behavioral and mental health needs. Full-Service Partnership is a family-driven process that utilizes the strengths of the children and families as well as their support systems to create an individualized plan to meet the family’s needs and reach their desired outcomes.

What is Full Service Partnership?

Full Service Partnership is a family-driven process that utilizes the strengths of the children and families as well as their support systems to create an individualized plan to meet the family’s needs and reach their desired outcomes. It is an integrated, multi-agency, community-based planning process grounded in a philosophy of an unconditional commitment to support families to safely and competently care for their children. Children and youth are referred for FSP through the Department of Mental Health and have mental health and behavioral issues that have resulted in a need for higher levels of care, including out-of-home placements.

The All For Kids intensive teams consist of:

  • A facilitator responsible for organizing Child and Family Team Meetings and facilitating the FSP process
  • Child and Family Specialist who works 1:1 with the child to teach social skills, anger management techniques, etc.
  • Parent Partner works as a support to the parent(s), helping to understand their needs and assisting them in advocating for themselves and their children
  • The FSP Therapist who meets weekly to provide individual, family and collateral therapies to the child and caregiver

The single most important outcome of FSP is a child thriving in a permanent home and supported by normal community services and informal support.

The FSP program offers intensive, field-based therapeutic and case management services for children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 years and their families. Clients who are experiencing advanced difficulties in school, suicidal or homicidal ideation and/or those who are at risk of losing their home or school placement or who are transitioning from a placement, may qualify for this program. FSP offers 24/7 crisis services
