The Strong Communities program provides community-based prevention and family support services to families throughout the Antelope Valley and including unincorporated areas. Through outreach, education, resource navigation, and family-centered events, the program works to strengthen protective factors, reduce barriers to services, and promote overall family wellness and stability.
