Wraparound services are a personalized, team-based, holistic approach to addressing the complex needs of individuals and families, especially when they face serious mental health, behavioral, or other challenges. Instead of treating issues in isolation, wraparound coordinates multiple services and supports tailored to each person’s strengths, needs, and goals.
