The California Alliance of Child and Family Services (CA Alliance) is a statewide association of over 130 private, nonprofit organizations dedicated to serving California’s children, youth, and families. It serves as the unifying force and leading voice for agencies working in child welfare, behavioral health, juvenile justice, special education, and related fields.
