Each Orange County Family Resource Center is a community-based, family-friendly site overseen by a collaborative partnership of nonprofit, government, faith-based, and other service organizations.

What is a Family Resource Center

While each Family Resource Center (FRC) is unique to its community, they all offer an array of educational, social, health and enrichment services through multicultural and multilingual staff that reflect the surrounding neighborhoods and the families they serve. Our Orange County FRCs can be found in the 5 locations across the region.
