Noemi Vasquez is an accomplished professional with more than 30 years of experience in contracts administration, compliance, revenue cycle management, and government funding within the nonprofit family services sector. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Woodbury University—one in Business Management and another in International Business—as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Canyon University. In addition, she has earned a Grants Management Certification, further strengthening her expertise in managing public funding and grant compliance.

Noemi began her nonprofit career at Para Los Niños in Los Angeles, where she managed accounting, contracts, and billing operations. She later continued her career with Bienvenidos Children’s Center, expanding her expertise in financial operations and government-funded programs.

Prior to joining All For Kids, Noemi served for 15 years at Wayfinder Family Services as Associate Vice President of Contracts and Revenue Management. During her tenure, she built and led the organization’s Contracts and Revenue Management department, developed strong partnerships with government agencies, and helped establish sustainable business processes that supported successful audits, regulatory compliance, and financial growth.

Currently, Noemi serves as the Vice President of Contracts and Revenue Management at All For Kids, where she provides oversight of the Behavioral Health Revenue Department, the Contract Billing Department, and the Contract Administration functions. She leads initiatives that strengthen organizational compliance, optimize revenue performance, improve operational efficiencies, and support the agency’s partnerships with federal, state, county, and local funding entities.
