Lisa Macapagal is an accomplished grants management professional with over a decade of nonprofit development and operations experience. Before joining All For Kids in April 2026, Lisa was Director of Grants at LUNGevity Foundation where she led the grant strategy for a $10M+ portfolio supporting lung cancer research and patient programs. Lisa holds a B.A. in English Literature from DePaul University and developed a passion for grant writing and relationship building while serving in her first nonprofit position as Project Coordinator for Early Childhood Development with the Illinois Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three cats and has become an enthusiastic hiker since moving to Southern California from Chicago.
