Kymberly Garrett serves as Chief People & Diversity Officer at All For Kids, where she provides strategic leadership across the organization’s administrative, operational, and people-focused functions. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, startups, private organizations, and the nonprofit sector, Kymberly is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and driving sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Kymberly has successfully led large-scale initiatives in organizational development, talent strategy, leadership development, performance management, change management, and operational excellence. She is recognized for her holistic approach to leadership, combining business strategy with a deep commitment to employee engagement, professional development, and organizational effectiveness. Her ability to align people, processes, and purpose has helped organizations navigate complex transitions while building cultures where employees and leaders can thrive.

Kymberly is certified through numerous human resources, leadership, and training organizations and is a respected educator and speaker on human resources and organizational leadership. She serves on multiple advisory boards and is recognized as a subject matter expert by several labor-related governmental agencies. Originally from Chicago, Kymberly has called Southern California home for nearly two decades. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
