Corina Casco is the Chief Executive Officer of All For Kids, bringing more than two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, clinical practice, program innovation, and organizational transformation. A passionate advocate for children and families, she has dedicated her career to strengthening communities through prevention-focused services, trauma-informed care, and equitable access to support.

Prior to becoming CEO, Corina served as the organization’s Chief Program Officer, overseeing a broad portfolio of behavioral health, prevention, foster care, adoption, and early childhood programs. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in expanding services, securing critical funding, developing high-performing leaders, and advancing innovative approaches that improve outcomes for children and families. Her leadership has helped shape a culture centered on collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.

A licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Corina is a champion of trauma-informed and resilience-oriented practices. She spearheaded All For Kids’ Trauma Informed Resilience Oriented Care (TIROC) movement and co-led the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, helping embed these principles throughout its programs, policies, and culture. Known for her ability to inspire teams and build strong partnerships, she is committed to fostering an environment where employees, families, and communities can thrive.

Corina holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Greater Los Angeles. As CEO, she is focused on advancing All For Kids’ vision of children thriving in strong families and connected communities while leading the organization into its next chapter of growth, innovation, and impact.
