Shannon is an accomplished development executive with over twenty-five years of experience leading fundraising strategies and driving revenue growth within healthcare, housing, higher education and social services. Known for building and leading high-performing development programs and led a capital campaign exceeding $12M for a new Patient Tower with 363 beds and an Emergency Department. Successfully secured 70% of the gift revenue and directed and secured $6M for City of Hope Cancer Service Center in the Inland Empire. Consistently increasing philanthropic revenue through major gifts, institutional funding, and strategic partnerships. A trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, with a track record of aligning philanthropy with organizational priorities to deliver measurable community impact. Shannon has been a member of Rotary, Kiwanis, Executive Women International, AFP and currently is a board member for the Inland Empire Hispanic Leadership council.
