Melissa Khamvongsa serves as the Chief Development Officer at All For Kids, bringing two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and strategic partnerships. A passionate advocate for children, families, and communities, she has built her career helping mission-driven organizations expand their impact through fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and community collaboration.

As Chief Development Officer, Melissa leads the organization’s fundraising and external relations strategy, overseeing major gifts, foundation and corporate partnerships, donor engagement, and philanthropic growth. She is focused on strengthening a culture of philanthropy and securing the resources needed to advance All For Kids’ mission and long-term impact.

Prior to joining All For Kids, Melissa served as Chief Development Officer for the Library Foundation of Los Angeles and Vice President of Strategic Relations for the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC). She also held leadership roles with PATH (People Assisting the Homeless), Alzheimer’s Los Angeles, and Youth Speak Collective, where she helped grow philanthropic support and strategic partnerships.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to build meaningful relationships, Melissa is committed to connecting donors and partners with opportunities to create lasting change. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of the Valleys and is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Melissa holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Chicana/o Studies from Loyola Marymount University. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she lives in the San Fernando Valley with her husband and two teenagers.
