Karina comes to All For Kids with over 30 years experience dedicated to the foster care and adoption community. She has a deep passion for helping vulnerable children find loving homes. Karina started her career at Hathaways working with the residential program and then went to become a social worker at Bievenidos. There she worked her way up to a supervisor and then director. She continued her career path at Aviva which she was there for almost 11 years and also became the Assistant VP over TBS (Therapeutic Behavioral Services, ISFC- Intensive services foster care, and worked to help relatives become resource parents) in addition to foster care and adoptions. She has her BA in psychology from Cal State LA and her MA in counseling Psychology.
