Christopher Mullen is the Vice President of Innovations and Strategies at All For Kids, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems in support of its mission to strengthen children, families, and communities. With more than two decades of experience in information technology, healthcare systems, project management, and organizational operations, Christopher brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to his role.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005, Christopher has extensive experience overseeing complex technology initiatives, including cybersecurity programs, data governance, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, electronic health record (EHR) platforms, business intelligence solutions, and regulatory compliance. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is passionate about coaching and developing high-performing teams while leveraging technology to improve efficiency, strengthen security, and support organizational growth. Since joining All For Kids in 2022, Christopher has played a key role in modernizing systems and advancing the organization’s technology capabilities to better serve staff, children, and families.
