Jolene Bajnath, a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist raised in the Antelope Valley and Cal State University Northridge Alumni. With more than a decade of experience in children’s mental health, specifically All For Kids, Jolene has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, progressing from outpatient therapist to senior leadership.

As the Senior Director of All For Kids Behavioral Health Program, she specializes in program development, regulatory compliance, trauma-informed care, quality improvement, and behavioral health operations. Emerging Leader Graduate Jolene, is passionate about creating systems that enhance client outcomes, strengthen service delivery, and support organizational excellence. She is also an instructor and mentor to behavioral health professionals, helping develop the next generation of clinical leaders.
