What is Adoption Services?

Adoption Services provides recruitment, training/preparation, assessment, approval, and support of families who want to adopt through the foster care system. Services are free. The Adoption Program also has a Domestic Adoption Home Study Program through which we conduct fee-for-service adoption home studies for families seeking an independent/domestic adoption of an infant whose birth mother is making an adoption plan. This program works in conjunction with local and national adoption attorneys/consultants/or adoption agencies.
