An intensive therapeutic program providing structured behavioral and mental health support for children ages 3 to 6 experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

What is Day Treatment Intensive Services?

Day Treatment Intensive Services (DTI) provides treatment in a group setting for children ages 3 to 6 years old who present with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges or needs that may interrupt their daily routine (at home, school, and in the community). DTI serves 2 locations, at which children and their families are provided with resources and mental health services individually tailored to meet the child’s needs. Interventions are designed to assist children to establish appropriate boundaries and skills towards functioning successfully within their different environments. Treatment involves 4 hours of behavioral intervention per day, 20 hours a week. Parent/Caregiver involvement is needed to ensure the success of the child.

Who We Serve

  • Children must be between 3 and 6
  • Fully toilet trained
  • Full-Scope Medi-Cal who have specialty Mental Health Service Needs (Must meet medical necessity)
