This FREE home visiting program provides personalized support to pregnant mothers and families with infants ages 0 to 3, helping parents navigate the challenges of having an infant. Virtual or in-person visits twice a month are offered with a dedicated family support counselor. We also offer opportunities to meet other families through our parenting classes.

• Families/Parents with children prenatal to three years old who live in Orange County
  • One program serves CalWorks families
  • Other program does not have a CalWORKs requirement
• Pregnant or parenting a child under 24 months of age
• Families with children ages 0–3 referred through hospitals, community-based organizations, and the Neighborhood Resource Network Program
  • Hospital referrals are received for families who score above 40 on the Bridges for Newborns screening at birth
• Additional referrals come from the Social Security Administration.
