Los Angeles Community Family Resource Centers (LA-CFRC) provide prevention-focused support services throughout Los Angeles County.

Our LA-CFRC is a program designed to connect individuals and families to needed services and community resources. We provide Case Navigation services and facilitate a variety of workshops that address mental health topics in engaging and non-traditional ways.

Los Angeles Community Family Resource Centers (LA-CFRCs) work together to provide welcoming, community-based support for individuals and families across Los Angeles County. Through a strength-based, culturally responsive approach, the program offers prevention services that promote well-being and build stronger, healthier communities. Services include personalized case navigation, referrals and linkages to essential resources, community outreach and engagement, and educational, fun opportunities that build community capacity and connection. Support is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family, ensuring services are accessible, relevant, and meaningful. By meeting people where they are, LA-CFRCs help create pathways to stability, empowerment, and long-term wellness.
