Father Engagement

A free fatherhood group program helping dads strengthen parenting skills, build community, and deepen connections with their children. It aims to improve the Protective Factors by building resilience in underserved communities in Orange County through healthy fathering/parenting, improved relationships, and economic strengthening by implementation of the Supporting Father Involvement curriculum.

What is Father Engagement?

The Father Engagement program creates a supportive space for fathers to strengthen their role, voice, and connection within their families. Through the FREE 16 week Supporting Father Involvement curriculum, dads build parenting skills, deepen relationships with their children, and connect with other fathers on a similar journey. Focused on resilience and family stability in Orange County communities, the program helps fathers show up with confidence, purpose, and lasting impact.

The group meets online via Zoom Saturdays from 9-11am and Mondays from 6-8pm.

The purpose of this program is to:

  • Create a nurturing and supportive environment for all fathers and father figures of Orange County
  • Educate fathers on various parenting topics
  • Help improve parenting skills
  • Support dads in resolving problems
  • There are no salary/income requirements
